Data policy

Your email address and sign-in are handled by our authentication service. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and not in the readable text format. No outsider holds the access except for the admin. Email ids used for single sign-in (Google or other email formats) contain your email address and registered name only. Your passwords are never disclosed there.

In case of any concerns regarding your account, you can delete your account within the Settings option, or raise the concern for deleting your data anytime.

Job cards, notes, requirements, folders and feedback stay attached to your account only. Every record is locked to your user id at the database level, so another signed-in person cannot read your desk. We do not sell, rent or share this with advertisers.

Resumes you upload are stored privately against your account and are readable only by you. They are never published, never indexed, and never used as training material. Deleting a resume removes its text and its tailored drafts.

Your resume text is sent to an AI model for precise output (not for training AI model) only the moment you press "Tailor My Resume". The text, or prompt, needed for that run is sent. Besides the prompts, nothing is stored while you type, browse or edit. We don't use refinement runs as the part of AI public model data or for any database.

Your connected Claude or GPT account credentials along with API keys are kept encrypted before they are stored. The connected account(s) are used only by you, and are used for your own refinement runs. You can disconnect them at any time from Settings.

Feedback you write is read by a human, kept with your account, and used to fix and improve the product. We may keep anonymous counts of how features are used, never the contents of your resumes.
